All orders placed during the week before 4PM ship the same day.
FREE SHIPPING is available for US order over $115 (yay!).
US Standard Shipping is usually delivered within 2-5 business days.
US Expedited Shipping is usually delivered within 1-2 business days.
International Shipping is usually within 1-3 weeks with USPS International and 3-7 business days with DHL or UPS. International orders may be liable for any customs and import duty or taxes.
Returns Made Easy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Catrina Polewear. Although we do not offer refunds, you can do a return for store credit. If the pole clothes you ordered do not fit or you changed your mind, you have 14 days from the date you received your purchase to return it for store credit.Store credit can be redeemed on anything you'd like online or in person at a pole event where we are vendors.
Returns will have $3.95 USD deducted from the store credit amount to cover shipping & handling.
