Delivery and Returns

U.S. Shipping

We want you to rock your Catrina wear as soon as possible! All orders placed before 4PM will be shipped out on the same day, Monday through Friday.

Orders will be sent from Florida, United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once order has been shipped.

Standard Shipping usually arrive within 2-5 business days to most U.S. locations.

Expedited Shipping usually arrive within 1-2 business days to most U.S. locations.

Free Shipping

You will automatically receive free shipping on all U.S. orders over $115.

International Shipping

Orders will be sent from the United States using USPS for standard shipping or DHL for expedited shipping. All orders include a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once order has been shipped.

International deliveries take anywhere between 1-3 weeks with USPS International and 3-7 business days with DHL. Delivery times for international orders vary due to customs processing times. We do not guarantee arrival dates on international orders, due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disaster, delays in customs, and/or delays on the local postal service's end.

Exchange Rates

All of our items are listed in US Dollars and we charge your account in US Dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card will determine the exchange rate.

Customs

Customers outside the U.S. maybe be liable for any customs and import duty or taxes. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package and CatrinaPolewear.com will not be liable.

If you refuse your package or the package is returned to sender, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Returns Made Easy

We're sorry your Catrina Pole Wear was not a perfect fit, we want you to be 100% satisfied :) Although we do not offer refunds, you can do a return for store credit. 

If the pole clothes you ordered do not fit or you changed your mind, you have 14 days from the date you received your purchase to return it for store credit. Store credit can be redeemed on anything you'd like online or in person at a pole event where we are vendors. 

Returns will have $3.95 USD deducted from the store credit amount to cover shipping & handling. 

3 Fast & Easy Return Steps:

1. Email us with your return details.

2. You will receive a USPS pre-paid return label. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other packaging provided that it is properly sealed to prevent the items getting lost. Note: do not use USPS Priority Mail packaging, items will be undeliverable.

3. Wait for USPS to pick up the return at your address or drop it off at the nearest USPS Drop-Point.

Please keep in mind the polewear you are returning should be unwashed and unworn. We kindly ask to NOT return items tried on without underwear. Be mindful when trying things as restocking fee may apply for makeup and deodorant stains. 

    Upon receiving item and doing a quality check, you will receive store credit (gift card) for you to place a new order.

    Faulty Items

    We try our best to create the highest quality, most stylish products available and pride ourselves over quality control, with customer satisfaction as our number 1 priority! However if you do receive a faulty item, please email catrinapole@gmail.com and we will do our best to turn that frown upside down and get you styling in your gorgeous Catrina fit once again.

    Refunds are only eligible for your item, if it meets all of the criteria below:

    • Manufacturing error
    • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
    • Must be in the original packaging
    • Returned within 14 days of purchase
